About the Role:

The Powder Coater plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by applying high-quality powder coatings to various products, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to meet strict product specifications and quality standards. The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing surfaces, operating coating equipment, and performing quality inspections to guarantee flawless finishes. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including sterilization procedures when necessary, to uphold product integrity. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in powder coating or related painting processes within a manufacturing environment.
