Job summary

Watry Industries LLC in Sheboygan, WI is seeking Powder Coat Line Operators to load, unload, mask, unmask, paint, inspect and pack parts on a conveyor line. The 1st shift runs Monday – Thursday, 6am–4pm, with overtime as needed.

JOB SUMMARY:

Powder Coat Line Operators are responsible for loading, unloading, masking, unmasking, painting, inspecting, and packing parts on a conveyor line.

1st Shift Monday - Thursday (6am - 4pm; with overtime scheduled as needed)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Load and unload parts to a conveyor line
• Mask and unmask parts according to process sheets
• Spray off debris and water from the parts on the line
• Inspect parts for defects
• Powder coat parts
• Load parts on pallets for shipping

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have at least 6 months previous manufacturing experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be fluent using a computer
• Must have reliable transportation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work from and read detail drawings and specifications
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Must work well in team environment
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and dependable

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Must be able to read gauges
• Must be able to wear eye and hearing protection
• Must be able to use basic math skills
• Must be able to stand 10-12 hours a day
• Must be able to work in a hot environment up to 120 degrees
