Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is hiring a Fabrication Technician I for the Powder Coat line on the 2nd shift in Greenwood, SC. The role involves loading/unloading, applying powder, inspecting parts, and maintaining safety standards.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $18.11 plus a $1.00 shift differential, with eligibility for a variable incentive program. Overtime may be required as business needs demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not consider CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related immigration sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC will be considered.
• Active-duty military service members are exempt from geographical area limitations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto the powder-coat line and may operate the powder-coat booth.
• Apply powder to parts per customer specifications and inspect finished work for quality.
• Maintain safety, 5S practices, and follow PPE requirements; communicate issues promptly.
• Use travel documents, blueprints and written/verbal instructions to load, unload, set up and operate the powder-coat line.
• Cross-train in additional tasks and support team members as needed.
