Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Fabrication Technician I - Powder Coat on the 2nd shift in Greenwood, SC. Base pay is $18.11/hr with a $1.00/hr shift differential; typical schedule is Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm–1:00 am.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, powder-coat application, inspection for quality, and adherence to safety and 5S practices. Eligible for a variable incentive program as noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No sponsorship or relocation offered.
• Candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload materials onto the powder-coat line and operate the booth as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality per customer specifications and standards.
• Maintain production targets and support process improvements.
• Cross-train and assist teammates as needed.
