Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Powder Blending Lead in Jerome, Idaho to oversee blending and packaging lines, coordinate production, and lead a team toward quality and safety targets.

The role requires reading formulations, following SOPs, and ensuring equipment operation while maintaining batch records. A high school diploma is required; prior food manufacturing blending experience is preferred. Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential.

  • Mechanical aptitude for operating blending equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh and stage powdered ingredients according to formulation sheets and monitor blending times.
  • Lead line operators, coordinate production activities, and support food safety and quality standards.
  • Supervise all stages of production on the assigned line, including blending and packaging.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members; maintain a safe, accountable work culture.
  • Conduct in-process checks for blend accuracy and uniformity; report deviations.
  • Ensure proper setup and operation of blending equipment and assist in maintenance communication.
