Job summary

Staffmark Group in Poway, CA is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Associate to support daily order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and inventory stocking in a fast-paced distribution center. Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, pick and pack orders, and ensure accuracy with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of Pick and Pack experience.
• Forklift experience with sit-down/stand-up forklifts.
• Experience with material handling, shipping and receiving.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and product accuracy.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Ensure order accuracy and meet daily productivity goals.
