Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and implement directives for foam production in collaboration with the Pourline Manager, maintaining professionalism and safety.
  2. Safely load, unload, and transfer chemicals from rail cars, tankers, totes, and drums to production holding tanks.
  3. Monitor pressure gauges and flow meters, adjusting valves to regulate pump speed and control material flow and pressure.
  4. Maintain pumps and lines by replacing filters and gaskets, tightening connections, and adjusting pumps as needed.
  5. Collect samples of materials for lab analysis and record the quantity of material pumped.
  6. Inventory the contents of storage tanks regularly.
  7. Adhere to 5S principles and safety policies and procedures.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must meet all requirements of Pourline Operator levels 1-4.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
Education / Certifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
