Role Purpose:
Operate the Flexible Slab Foam Polyurethane Pourline according to established procedures and under the guidance of the Pourline Management Team on 1st shift.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety regulations and use safety equipment as required.
• Understand and adhere to Quality Policy requirements.
• Participate in the chemical emergency response team after training.
• Maintain TDI gas monitor at designated locations.
• Assemble mix heads for all lines: round, flat, and CO2.
• Set up machinery for production runs.
• Properly start up and shut down machinery.
• Secure TDI, water, and tin injectors into the mix head correctly.
• Operate main switches, conveyor, fall plates, mixer, and fencing on production lines.
• Monitor production variables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect foam and cream lines for defects and react appropriately.
• Clean and maintain equipment after use and at end of runs.
• Prepare nozzles and sieve packages as needed.
• This position may require daily and weekend overtime.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace following 5S principles.
• Cross-train in other positions as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills for calculations.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
