• Weigh boxes or containers of poultry products using approved scale equipment.
• Accurately record product weights and production information on required documentation and manifests.
• Print and apply labels to product containers according to customer and company specifications.
• Verify product counts, weights, and labeling accuracy.
• Monitor scale operation and report any equipment issues to supervision.
• Maintain production flow by ensuring products are weighed and documented in a timely manner.
• Follow all Tyson Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Animal Welfare, and Workplace Safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitary following GMPs.
• Assist with product handling, packaging, and other production duties as assigned.
• Perform job rotation and cross-training assignments as needed to support operations.
• Work in a team environment to meet production goals and customer requirements.
