Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is hiring for a position based in Mississippi to drive a company vehicle to grower farms and spray vaccine on live chickens. The role requires weighing product, collecting samples, mixing vaccine, loading supplies, and delivering to facilities.

Work hours are 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or holiday work. A valid MS driver license and the ability to lift 75+ lbs are required, with a weekly attendance incentive offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months operator experience with one employer in the last 12 months.
• Non-DOT driver experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to work promptly and regularly.
• Follow directions from management and work with others.
• Perform tasks accurately under changing conditions.
• Lift and handle product up to 10 lbs.
• Carry vaccine backpack over 75 lbs and load/unload trays by hand.
• Walk, bend, and work at a fast pace; perform housekeeping tasks.
• Adhere to Tyson Foods policies including Animal Welfare and Bio-Security.
