Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Poultry Vaccine Support Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute delivery and support of frozen poultry vaccines. You will manage orders, inventories, and documentation, while training customers in vaccine handling and usage to ensure safety and efficacy.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in SAP and Salesforce, and a willingness to travel 60–80% of the time within the Pennsylvania region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Science, business administration, or similar preferred.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Two years Planning/Scheduling utilizing an automated system or related experience.
• Poultry industry knowledge and awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and optimize inventory to support vaccination programs.
• Deliver products to ensure customer needs are met in the territory.
• Train customers to ensure proper use of Zoetis products.
• Identify training needs and adjust delivery accordingly.
• Communicate with customers about Zoetis products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of customer locations to maximize opportunities.
• Provide QA standards and audits.
• Ensure safe handling of frozen vaccines and compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee spray cabinet operation and audits at customer sites.
• Stay updated on marketing programs and rebates for customers.
• Support aligned sales area by following up after visits.
