Job summary

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and basic math; poultry industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs.
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Weigh loaded trailers in and print a weigh ticket.
• Distribute live haul trailers under a holding shed using a yard truck or tractor.
• Bring loaded trailers to be unloaded by a forklift.
• Return empty trailers to scales to establish tare weight.
• Enter tickets in a database.
• Move trailers to and from the bay for the box room.
• Cooperate with supervisors and coworkers; follow directions across departments.
