Qualifications

• Must have completed the Chicken Grow Out Training Program.
• Prefer poultry raising experience and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities with good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist and relieve the Ranch Manager to oversee fryery ranch activities.
• Direct grow-out program setup including brooding, temperatures, ventilation, and vaccinations.
• Maintain ranch facilities and equipment, coordinating with maintenance for supplies and services.
• Help manage production costs including labor, fuel, and maintenance, and keep accurate records.
• Provide training and delegation of duties to ranch personnel; enforce safety and disease prevention guidelines.
• Respond to alarms or emergencies affecting the chickens and work overtime as needed.
