The role supports Smart Chicken poultry processing by performing varied production tasks, with rotation across areas based on needs, while prioritizing safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position requires ability to perform physical duties, adherence to food safety policies, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hanging live birds and processing inedible materials in accordance with food safety and environmental standards.
• Trimming product to ensure proper quality standards are met.
• Rehanger labor to ensure proper product flow.
• Sorting duties to ensure product meets FPS standards and supporting production flow.
