Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Alabama is hiring a Production Hourly team member to operate on the processing line, performing cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspection to meet safety and quality standards. You will work with a fast-paced team, follow USDA and company guidelines, and keep a clean, safe workspace while handling equipment and reports of malfunctions.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per safety guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and promoting a positive environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Adhere to safety, biosecurity, and company policies.
