Job summary

Case Farms is seeking general labor staff to support poultry production lines at our Morganton facility. You will work at multiple stations, process products per procedures, and uphold strict safety and quality standards to minimize waste and downtime.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work quickly in a noisy, fast-paced environment. Training and PPE are provided as part of a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a poultry processing/manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly.
• Ability to work with others in a close environment.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work quickly and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Works at various stations along the production line, processing poultry food products.
• Process product according to operating procedures and quality expectations.
• Adheres to all safety requirements, including PPE, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management-related matters.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Participates in Company and department safety programs.
• All other duties as assigned.
