Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring for Production Hourly roles to join our processing line. You’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect products to meet strict safety and quality standards while operating equipment and maintaining a clean area.

We offer a 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday (10:00 PM–7:30 AM), beneficial coverage and a base hourly rate of $18.50 plus a $1.00 shift differential. Vision, medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off are provided after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products on the line following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety and biosecurity guidelines.
• Support teammates and share knowledge to promote a positive work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible to work in different areas of production as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
