Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans and controls work flow and utilizes department resources.
• Meets or exceeds production requirements and safety standards.
• Trains and supervises current and new employees; backup for Shift Manager.
• Coordinates with USDA, State Grader, Quality Control and Shipping.
• Manage labor costs and department efficiencies.
