Job summary

Mountaire Farms in Millsboro, Delaware is seeking a line worker for our poultry processing line. You will be loading cones on a moving line, removing breasts, tenders and wings, and ensuring product quality by grading to company standards.

Role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety policies, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Comprehensive benefits are offered with a total compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Place cones on moving line at a determined pace.
• Use knife to cut the wing from the breast.
• Pull the breast from the carcass, inspect for bones and skin, and transport remains to the moving conveyor belt.
• Grade and/or scale finished product to Company standards.
• Follow all Company safety policies, SOP regulations, and support Goal Zero mission statement.
