Responsibilities

• Operate a moving conveyor belt and hand-pack or style product as required.
• Perform various packing and weighing tasks as assigned.
• Inspect, grade, and remove product not meeting standards.
• Participate as a team member and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow Simmons operating systems, policies, and LEAN practices.
• Support safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
• Perform other duties to support business objectives.
• Work in a cold, wet, noisy production environment; wear PPE as required.
