Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Line Associate to participate on the poultry production line, performing disassembly of poultry and rotating through related tasks. You will learn to handle debone or evisceration and ensure compliance with NCC Animal Welfare, USDA rules, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior poultry processing experience preferred.
• Must follow safety policies and company guidelines.
• Ability to learn and perform production tasks on the poultry line.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform production related tasks surrounding poultry processing such as debone or evisceration
• Perform duties in compliance with company policies, guidelines and legal requirements
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE correctly to promote zero accidents
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned
