Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled trades in maintaining and repairing equipment, buildings and utility systems. The role requires directing crews on major repairs, overseeing mechanical maintenance, and ensuring work meets blueprints and standards.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in a related field, plus poultry processing experience and the ability to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.EOE/Vet/Disabled

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.
• Experience in a poultry processing environment.
• Able to work flexible hours/shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs workers on maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, and building utilities.
• Supervises installation, servicing and repair of mechanical equipment and plant systems.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to specs and standards.
• Prepares schedules and assigns work to subordinates.
• Interprets and enforces company policy.
• Develops and maintains preventive maintenance programs.
