Job summary

Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across the facility. The role ensures optimal equipment performance, reliable utility systems, and efficient operations while leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in poultry or food manufacturing.
• Experience with processing equipment and industrial maintenance systems; strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team responsible for repair, installation, and upkeep of plant equipment, facilities, and utility systems.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety/operational standards.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for reliability.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and support team members in problem-solving and development.
• Support facility improvements and manage procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
