Tyson Foods offers a hands-on training program across Complex and Plant Accounting within the Poultry segment, exposing trainees to financial closing, reporting, and operational insights.

The nine-month experience at field locations is designed to prepare you for a future role in operations accounting, with opportunities to work independently or as part of a team and to travel for relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; recent graduates within last three years.
• 6+ months work experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on training across Complex and Plant Accounting within the Poultry segment.
• Assist with financial closing and reporting.
• Develop understanding of the business from multiple operational perspectives.
• Relocation to one of Tyson Foods' production facilities in the United States.
