• Maintain houses and equipment in good operating condition using a preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain conveyor systems, baffle systems, and related equipment as instructed.
• Work closely with supervisor and coworkers in all departments to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Collect and dispose of dead birds; perform trash pickup and fly control as needed.
• Other duties include mill maintenance, outside maintenance, mowing, landscaping, and manure management.
