Qualifications

• 6 months of successful chicken grow out supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Poultry Science, Ag-Business or related field preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership/supervisor skills with the ability to act independently.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and early/late hours.
• Good computer skills and ability to create and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fryer performance, quality and production; maintain bird health with facilities and safety programs.
• Coordinate all ranch functions and ensure accurate completion of tasks.
• Coordinate labor needs and scheduling; maintain wage records and conduct evaluations.
• Supervise and develop Team Members; enforce policies; assist with hiring as needed.
