Three Springs Farm in Rose, OK is recruiting for a poultry farm position. The role involves caring for birds, weighing feed and water, moving birds between houses, and managing pens and climate conditions. A strong safety mindset and reliability are essential.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability coverage, telehealth, 401K and more, with eligibility on day one of full-time hire.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.

Responsibilities

• Weigh correct amounts of feed and water birds according to schedules; inspect birds for signs of a weak or sick bird.
• Drive farm truck to load birds, transfer to grow out houses, place in pens.
• Calculate pen size based on bird numbers and adjust to provide adequate feeder, water, and space; manage temperature/humidity.
• Sort birds by breast size and collect weekly samples for corporate lab.
• Other duties may include sanitation, vaccination, and euthanasia per policy.
