Job summary

You will coordinate workflow, coach team members, and promote strong sanitation practices to keep production running smoothly.

The position requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:40pm to 9:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer in a comparable field.
• High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.
• Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry products.
• Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, Lockout-Tagout, and Process Safety Management.
• Ensure product quality meets QA and USDA specifications.
• Ensure equipment throughout the department runs smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
