Job summary

Simmons Foods Hiring Center is seeking a Debone Technician for Day Shift in Southwest City, MO. This on-site, full-time production role requires rotating through all Debone line positions, including cutting breasts, wings, and loading products.

Responsibilities include supporting team concepts, participating in meetings, adhering to Simmons operating systems, safety and quality policies. The position requires readiness to work in a cold environment (down to 40 degrees) and to stand 8–10 hours

Qualifications

• Preference for poultry or food processing experience.
• Must be able to stand 8–10 hours in a cold environment and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Performs all positions on the Debone line and rotates as needed to include cutting breasts, wings, and loading product.
• Participates as a member of the Team and supports the development and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members.
• Follows Simmons operating systems, quality, security and safety procedures; understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems.
• Maintains awareness of cold environment conditions and uses PPE as required.
