Job summary

The Customer Success Manager for Poultry at TARGAN, Inc. in Raleigh, NC, will be the voice of the customer, ensuring hatchery customers receive exceptional support, guidance, and partnership as TARGAN expands adoption of its advanced automation solutions.

You will work with Field Service Technicians and Key Account Managers to drive performance, gather insights, and translate customer feedback into product improvements, training, and scalable service excellence across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience with capital equipment and poultry hatcheries.
• Fluency in English; local market language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer advocate and trusted advisor for hatchery-level stakeholders.
• Build strong, lasting relationships through on-site visits and proactive communication.
• Maintain and optimize system performance and provide ROI insights for customers.
