Job summary

TARGAN Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the Raleigh area to serve as the voice of the customer for our hatchery automation solutions.

You will drive high customer experience, strengthen long-term relationships, and help producers realize measurable value from equipment and services. You will collaborate with Field Service Technicians and Key Account Managers, deliver on-site training, analyze performance data, and share insights to guide product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with capital equipment and poultry hatcheries.
• Fluency in English; local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer advocate and trusted advisor for hatchery stakeholders.
• Build lasting relationships through on-site visits and proactive communication.
• Analyze hatchery data to identify trends, opportunities, and ROI improvements.
• Deliver hands-on training and best practices to hatchery teams.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and Key Account Managers to coordinate service delivery.
