Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in APC manufacturing or pouch-related industry preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; interpret manuals and specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the pouching machine safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Read and follow job jackets, pouch specifications and print specs.
• Perform machine setup/changeovers and basic maintenance tasks.
• Document production, waste, setup time and QA test results.
• Adhere to SPOT Safety Program and company procedures.
