Glenroy, Inc. in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Pouching - Pack Inspector to join our team. You will assemble finished cases and pallets while following quality inspection guidelines on a climate-controlled facility.

This role requires reading rulers, basic math, and teamwork to ensure accurate pouch counts and measurements. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, safety-focused culture, and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a metric and standard ruler.
• The ability to communicate effectively.
• High school math skills.
• The ability to multi-task.
• The ability to work as a team member.
• The ability to read blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Count and pack finished pouches in accordance with customer specifications.
• Perform visual inspections and pouch measures.
• Document production activity and material traceability/usage calculations to determine finished quantities and line efficiencies.
• Create, label, and tag finished product.
• Communicate with Operator to maintain pouch specifications within defined tolerances.
• Set up line supplies to include making boxes.
• Perform general housekeeping and period cleaning as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
