Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Read a metric and standard ruler.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Good communication and math skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Set up jobs and operate equipment to specification.
• Perform quality inspections for conformance.
• Adjust machines to keep product within tolerances.
• Oversee Packers with QA interaction.
• Document production activity and material usage.
• Provide back-up on the production line.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Operate machines at desired speeds for efficiency.
• Identify failures and assist root-cause analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
