Job summary

Glenroy, Inc. in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, is seeking a Packer/Quality Inspector to assemble finished cases and pallets while following quality guidelines.

You will count, pack pouches, perform visual inspections, document production activity, and label finished product to ensure accuracy and traceability. This role requires basic math skills, ability to read a metric ruler, team collaboration, and adherence to GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a metric and standard ruler.
• The ability to communicate effectively.
• High school math skills.
• The ability to multi-task.
• The ability to work as a team member.
• The ability to read blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Count and pack finished pouches per customer specs.
• Perform visual inspections and pouch measurements.
• Document production activity and material traceability/usage calculations.
• Create, label, and tag finished product.
• Communicate with operator to maintain pouch specs within tolerances.
• Set up line supplies including making boxes.
• Perform general housekeeping and periodic cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
