SUMMER CAMP SUPERVISORS - SENIOR STAFF

Partial Season Employment (e.g., 4 weeks) is possible.

Additional employment is available BEFORE and AFTER the summer camp season.

Pre-Camp Option: May 1 - June 22. Post-Camp Option: August 30 - September 30+

• Head Instructor, Program Director, Camp Supervisor, and Senior Staff Member are titles used for positions reserved for teachers, coaches, and experienced childcare professionals in leadership roles at camp.
• Senior Staff Members are provided private accommodations.
• Senior Staff Members with families are provided family accommodations.
• Children of Senior Staff Members attend camp free of charge.

CAMP LOHIKAN in the Pocono Mts.

Camp Lohikan is a coed resident summer camp located in northeast Pennsylvania. Our campers range in age from 6 to 15. We operate over 65 Arts, Sports, and Adventure Activities daily, with extensive facilities. Located in the Pocono Mts. of northeastern Pennsylvania, in the village of Lake Como, about a 2.5-hour drive from New York City.

Operated by the Buynak family since 1957, we are a warm, welcoming community dedicated to caring for our campers and staff. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must demonstrate high moral character and a strong work ethic. Working with children is demanding!
• Ideal candidates are role models with warm, mature guidance skills. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Camp Lohikan is a non-smoking (no vaping) camp.
• Certain positions require certifications, and applicants must have extensive personal experience and demonstrated expertise in their activity area.
• All staff must pass screening processes including background checks, fingerprinting, and registry checks.
