Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Chemical Handling License or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Set up, inspect, and clean equipment to ensure reliability.
• Prepare and complete safety, quality, and farm documentation.
• Verify crew trained to OSHA requirements and provide feedback to management.
• Initiate incident/accident reports and implement corrective actions.
• Handle potatoes and transfers to meet production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with maintenance and farm staff.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety policies in all tasks.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
