Michael Foods, Inc. in Mars Hill, Maine, seeks a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm equipment operation, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure production efficiency.

The role involves setting up and inspecting equipment, maintaining safety and quality documentation, training crew, reporting incidents, and coordinating with maintenance and other teams. Overtime/weekend work may be required; bilingual Spanish-English is a plus.

Formación

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic diesel mechanical knowledge required.
• Repair knowledge for potato equipment.
• Knowledge of PM maintenance for trucks and implements.
• Good understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, inspect, and clean equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Prepare and complete safety, quality, and farm documentation.
• Verify crew trained to meet OSHA requirements.
• Provide feedback to management on safety issues and incident potentials.
• Troubleshoot equipment and maintain production efficiency.
