Job summary

Idaho Pacific Holdings is seeking a Drum Operator to run a potato-dehydrating drum, ensuring product quality and adherence to customer specifications. The role requires attention to safety and the ability to handle a physically demanding, highly interactive production environment.

Shifts rotate every 28 days: AM 8 AM–4 PM, Swing 4 PM–12 AM (+$1/hr), Grave 12 AM–8 AM (+$1.50/hr). Must be available across all days and hours, including weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, calculate and communicate required materials and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent flow of mash and adjust feed auger speed and roller adjustments.
• Keep applicator rolls clean and ensure only clean mash on rollers to minimize defects.
• Monitor for defects and maintain product quality per specifications.
• Perform sanitation tasks and maintain a clean work area; follow safety policies.
