Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety rules.
• Read and interpret computer screen controls for drum/dryer/sorter operations.
• Maintain feed and cook parameters for consistent product quality.
• Operate forklift to move product and input data into inventory system.
• Support maintenance and sanitation activities as needed.
