Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a dedicated Postpartum Nurse to support new mothers and newborns in the Maternity unit. You will educate families on postpartum care, monitor mother and infant health, and collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe, compassionate experience.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Missouri is required.
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• NRP must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and assist new mothers with postpartum care.
• Care for newborns and monitor mother-infant wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.
