The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Post Partum in Detroit, Michigan. This staff position requires Michigan RN licensure; BSN is preferred and AHA BLS is required.

You will collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality patient care, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and prepare patients for discharge while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing is required.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan.
• BSN is preferred.
• AHA BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
