Job summary

The DMC Hutzel Women’s Hospital in Detroit, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to join our Patient Care Services Team. The RN will provide and coordinate nursing care, collaborate with physicians and staff, and support patient and family education throughout hospitalization.

BSN preferred; Michigan RN license required with BLS. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan required.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge
