Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing required.
• RN licensed in Michigan; BLS required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares discharge.
• Participates in shared decision-making with senior unit management.
