Regions Hospital is seeking an RN for the busy Postpartum Unit to deliver family-centered care in a high-acuity environment. The Birth Center features modern facilities and a strong interprofessional team including physicians, midwives, residents, and students.

We offer a Nurse Residency/Transition program and Academy-style orientation to support learning, role transition, and retention. Regions focuses on evidence-based practice and a supportive Shared Governance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with 1 year of RN experience
• Internal new graduate applicants can meet minimum requirements with an Associate Degree in Nursing
• Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to work with a wide range of patients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
