The unit features 23 beds (19 couplet care, 4 for multiples) and emphasizes family-centered care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN/MSN or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care across routine to complex cases and develop care plans.
• Assess evolving patient conditions and coordinate interventions with the nursing team.
