MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking an RN Charge to oversee nursing unit operations during night shifts. You will supervise staff, coordinate care with the health care team and ensure compliance with hospital policies while promoting a positive work environment.

The role requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience and RN licensure; BCLS is required and ACLS/PALS are preferred.
