Job summary

HCA Florida UCF Lake Nona Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the post partum / perinatal care area and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care around the clock.

The role requires RN or APRN licensure, Associate Degree or RN Diploma, BCLS, ACLS instruction eligibility within 6 months, and 3+ years of nursing leadership experience. This position is based in Orlando, FL and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Neonate Resuscitate required.
• APRN or RN License required.
• Associate Nursing Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor
• ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• 3 years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and directs functions of assigned patient care area on a 24 hour basis; ensure effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
