Company Overview

The Customer Service Representative will support the owner and team by assisting customers with store services and products, operating point-of-sale systems, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other equipment, along with other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and hardware/software
• Flexible working hours
• Notary Public certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping, printing, and other services
• Handle customer interactions via in-person, email, and phone
• Operate and learn store equipment and software
• Process sales and participate in marketing initiatives
• Coordinate deliveries and interact with couriers and vendors
• Manage mail and virtual mail services
• Assist with fingerprinting and I9 procedures

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and email
• Operate a motor vehicle if required

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour.
