Responsibilities
  • Compare and approve print quality within specified limits of the tri-fold color range.
  • Calculate the number of parts needed to complete each order.
  • Number labels sequentially on each order, starting where the previous shift left off.
  • Place completed boxes on skids and individual parts in totes or tray packs.
  • Identify and set aside poor-quality products in scrap containers, labeling all scrap appropriately.
  • Group products made of similar materials together in the same box.
  • Complete all required paperwork for each order.
  • Maintain safety, environmental, and health standards as per company policies.
  • Communicate quality issues or customer specifications to machine operators during shifts.
  • Report any print quality concerns promptly.
  • Stamp completed boxes with date, shift, and clock number.
  • Keep work area organized and clean.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to calculate part requirements accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to stand and walk for at least 7 hours during an 8-hour shift, and 10.75 hours during a 12-hour shift.
  • Minimal lifting of 30 lbs., up to 20 times per hour.
  • Corrected visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance and ability to read small fonts at close range.
  • Ability to reach and lift 30 lbs. to shoulder height multiple times per hour.
  • Must pass Ishihara and/or Farnsworth D-15 color vision tests.
